With a Masters degree in Informatics and Communication and another one in Translation Studies, Chantal is a certified translator in Quebec and Ontario with 19 years of experience in localization.

Currently, she serves as the Managing Director and Team Lead at Localizzz Canada and Localizzz Africa. She is also a Translation Expert at the Cour Supérieure du Québec.

Chantal is an member of the DIACAC (Diversity, Inclusion, and Anti-Aggression Advisory Committee) at the City of London (Ontario) and the program manager of CIACC (Community, Inclusion, and Access), a Canadian initiative focused on empowering minority language communities in Canada, especially the French-speaking minority.

She is a founding member of I-LEAD (International Language Equity and Accessibility Drivers) and a passionate advocate for the French-speaking minority in Canada. In addition, she is a strong proponent of cultural awareness, language inclusion, language access, and inclusive globalization.
